Terms & Conditions — Garuda55

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and Garuda55 ("Garuda55", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at garuda55.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Garuda55 Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device or method of access used.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Garuda55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Garuda55 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement in line with international gaming authority standards applicable to casino-style gambling platforms.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not currently hold another active Account on the Garuda55 Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Garuda55 Platform that was suspended, terminated, or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of Garuda55 or any of its affiliated entities, unless written approval has been granted by Garuda55 management.
• You are acting of your own free will and are capable of making informed decisions regarding your gambling activity.

Garuda55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

When registering an Account with Garuda55, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

Garuda55 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 3 months), and evidence of ownership of any payment method used on your Account.

Garuda55 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a withdrawal request or place a temporary hold on an Account pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. This is a standard compliance requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the User.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Garuda55 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All financial transactions on the Garuda55 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX Online Banking
• Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB)
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / USDT) for eligible Account tiers

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary depending on your VIP tier, payment method, and applicable promotional terms. Garuda55 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Garuda55 will not process deposits from third-party payment sources, and any such transactions may be reversed and the associated Account subjected to a compliance review.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements. Garuda55 targets the following processing timeframes, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control:

Garuda55 does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may impose their own charges for which Garuda55 accepts no responsibility.

Garuda55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire on the date stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Garuda55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any bonus already in use at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under its original terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Garuda55 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and must not be exploited through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or any other form of promotional abuse.
• Garuda55 may require a minimum qualifying deposit amount to activate certain deposit-match bonuses. The qualifying deposit itself does not form part of the Bonus Funds.

All bets and wagers placed on the Garuda55 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event type. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that bet type. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Garuda55 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or void a confirmed wager except where specifically permitted under the applicable game or sports betting rules.
• Garuda55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human mistake ("palpable error"). In such cases, the relevant stake will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, Garuda55's decision, based on available evidence and official event results, shall be final and binding.
• Garuda55 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino and slot games. The certified RTP percentages for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• Live dealer games are operated in real time and their outcomes are determined by physical randomness. Garuda55 accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues affecting live game sessions that are not attributable to our own infrastructure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Garuda55 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, all funds and pending winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform in any way designed to facilitate the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Using falsified or stolen payment methods, or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated multiple Account use, arbitrage strategies, or other forms of promotional abuse.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and failing to disclose this to Garuda55.
• Providing false or misleading information during Account registration or KYC verification.

All content on the Garuda55 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "Garuda55", the Platform's logo, design, layout, graphics, software, text, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Garuda55 or is licensed to Garuda55 by its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Garuda55.

Any unauthorised use of Garuda55's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Garuda55, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Garuda55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Garuda55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Garuda55 is not liable for any losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Garuda55 is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or internet service disruptions on your end that affect your ability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Garuda55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with gambling. As part of this commitment, Garuda55 makes the following tools available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Garuda55's licensed jurisdiction of operation.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and Garuda55 in connection with your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.

Should a dispute remain unresolved following good-faith negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under the terms of Garuda55's international gaming licence. Garuda55's decision, made in accordance with the applicable rules and available evidence, shall be final and binding subject to any appeal processes provided under the applicable licensing framework.
